Teacher- a Flying but Caged Bird.

Yes,

Teacher is flying but Caged Bird,

This is my experience through my word.

A teacher touches the heights of sky open

Through his Learner's successful and bright vision.

Teacher feels Caged, when see himself,

Behind the bars of society and System itself.

Finds himself as a "Person Third"

So,he is flying but Caged bird.

Teacher acquires Princely rights over the class, 

If Guardians are with him.

But non-cooperation of parents and class

Make them imprisoned victim.

And the Teacher unwillingly merged

As teacher is flying but Caged Bird.

Teacher is always there 

To Guide,to Decor,to explore the

hidden person within the learner.

But he is helpless,due to learner's passive behaviour.

Again his role is absurd,

Because teacher is flying but Caged Bird.

 

Teachers help their pupils to take flight

They work for them as string of a kite.

Learners, as Kites, go around the world,

And teachers  are ready again for next flight.

That's why I say Teacher is flying but Caged Bird.

Teacher has wings in the name of

Technology with Internet.

They wish to use it to depurate

 the generation next.

On Contrary, one step further generation,

Is using it to spoil decency and growing with Uncultured Chest.

Though having lots of wisdom and experience.

Teacher's wings are stagnant and flowless

Because he is flying but Caged Bird.
